The Ontario Minister of Economic Development, Job Growth and Trade joined the Lorne Brooker Show Tuesday.
Bay of Quinte MPP Todd Smith took on the new portfolio Monday, after a shuffle by Premier Doug Ford.
Smith says there needs to be a culture change for businesses in the province.
He told the Lorne Brooker Show that things need to change in a big way to help businesses in Ontario.
