OPP in Northumberland County are looking for a reported suspicious person who approached an adult and some kids at a bus stop in Alnwick-Haldimand Township yesterday.
Investigators say the adult was waiting with the group of children around 8:45 a.m., when a white van with a black stripe stopped nearby.
The driver told the group they had already missed the bus and offered to drive the kids to school, but the adult with them declined that offer and the van drove off.
The driver is described as about 50 years old with short hair and a dark goatee.
He was wearing glasses and a black ski jacket.
Anyone who might know who he is can call their nearest OPP detachment or Crimestoppers.
