The Prince Edward County Housing Corporation is seeking community members to serve on the board of directors.
Applicants must show they have the necessary skills and expertise to advance the mandate of the corporation.
The qualifications include professional experience, environmental or contextual knowledge and personal attributes and skills.
Mayor Robert Quaiff says he knows there are many people in the community that are passionate about the issue of affordable housing and they have the talent and skills to make a difference.
County Council established the Prince Edward County Housing Corporation earlier this year with a mandate to increase the supply of affordable housing in the municipality through a broad range of activities.
