CJBQ’s staff meteorologist says funnel clouds spotted in Wellington on Tuesday weren’t tornadoes.
Photos submitted to Quinte News show the clouds hovering over the lake on Tuesday afternoon.
Kevin Williams says they weren’t tornadoes, but water spouts, which are created when cold air passes over a warm water surface.
