In less than six months, ground will be broken on a major downtown residential and commercial building.
The Pinnacle, at the corner of Bridge Street and Pinnacle, will have 110 units ranging from 650 to 1,280 square feet.
Property owner Jim Parkins of FairTrade Works says weather permitting they will break ground in February or March.
He says they wanted to start this fall, but they did not want to leave a giant hole in the ground over winter.
The Pinnacle will have ground level retail space, underground parking, car charging stations, and a dog washing site.
