Griffin Fox broke a 4-4 tie with 2 1/2 minutes left in regulation to lead the Trenton Golden Hawks to a 5-4 victory over the Voyageurs in Kingston.
Tyler Ignazzito scored a goal and assist. Mason Hardy, Cameron Gaylor and Paul O’Doherty scored for Trenton as well. Benjamin Allard Robitaille stopped 31 shots. There were four lead changes in the game.
The Golden Hawks are home to Mississauga tonight at the Dunc McDonald Community Gardens while Kingston travels to Wellington to face the Dukes. Both games are at 7:30.
In Junior “C” Hockey tonight, the Campbellford Rebels play the Raiders in Napanee at 7:30.
