An advocates group for families victimized by child sexual assault will march in solidarity again this weekend.
The second annual G. May Project Healing Ceremony and Candlelight March goes Sunday at 3:00 p.m. at Fraser Park in Trenton.
Organizer Brandy Calvert Ringelmann says a silent march will follow the opening ceremony, as a symbol of support for victims.
She adds that the eventual goal is to start a pilot project to help victims of child sexual assault through counselling and other programs.
Ringelmann says the group has raised close to $14,000 in support of the project.
A focus group will be held in the new year to outline what the program might look like and give a more detailed estimate of what the program might cost to deliver.
