A major condominium project in Downtown Belleville has been given the go-ahead to proceed with the next phase of construction.
Site plan approval has been awarded for “The Pinnacle”, being built at the corner of Bridge Street and Pinnacle Street, the site of the former Hotel Quinte.
Developer FairTradeWorks is putting up the six-story mixed-use project, which will include 110 units ranging between 650 square feet and 1,280 square feet.
It will also include underground parking, dog washing and car charging stations, with retail space on the ground level.
FairTradeWorks President Jim Perkins says in a press release people who bought pre-sale units will be asked to finalize their paperwork and the next step is to have building permits issued by the City of Belleville.
