The future of arts and culture in the City of Belleville and the Quinte region will be up for discussion by the four candidates running to be mayor of Belleville tomorrow night (Thursday).
Owner of the Empire Theatre, Mark Rashotte, will moderate a discussion focused on arts, culture, music and entertainment and its benefits to the local economy and community.
The public is welcome to attend.
