A 27-year-old man from Cambridge is facing charges after an accident on the westbound 401 on Thursday night.
Napanee OPP say the accident brought westbound traffic to a stop near Tyendinaga around 8:20 p.m. when a transport truck collided with the vehicle in front, which then caused that vehicle to collide with a third vehicle.
One lane of the highway was closed for two hours while police investigated.
One driver received minor injuries and was taken to hospital by paramedics.
Sandeep Shori is charged with following too closely.
