A damaged building and a ruptured gas line in Belleville led to the arrest of a Stirling man late last night.
Around 11:30 p.m, a vehicle lost control on Cannifton Road North, leaving the roadway and hitting a building, as well rupturing the gas line in the process.
The heavily damaged vehicle continued northbound on Farnham Road and eventually stopped, with a man being arrested by Belleville Police officers.
After providing two breath samples, the man was charged with impaired driving.
He was released with a court date of October 11.
