Police have identified the man who was stabbed in Cobourg early Friday morning.
The victim has since been identified as Kevin Bandy, 45 years-old from the Roseneath area.
Cobourg Police Service attended an address in the east end of the town of Cobourg for a man in his 40’s who had been stabbed around 1:30 a.m.
Bandy was transported to a Toronto area hospital and is listed in stable condition.
Three persons of interest initially arrested have been released unconditionally pending further investigation.
