The Quinte Exhibition gates don’t open officially until later Thursday afternoon, but the annual fair kicked off with a visit from some “terrific kids.”
The Belleville Agricultural Society, along with the Belleville Professional Firefighters, World’s Finest Shows, Boston Pizza Belleville and the YMCA, hosted its “Terrific Kids Thursday Event.”
Ag Society President Rick Caddick says it is one of the highlights of the year for him.
The gates open to the general public at 4:00 p.m. Thursday and 10:00 a.m. Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
