A young Quinte West man faces serious charges after an incident in downtown Trenton early today (Thursday).
Quinte West OPP report that a man brandished a knife at another man after being approached while allegedly rummaging through vehicles on Quinte Street at around 1 o’clock this morning.
Officers located a suspect near the scene.
Daniel Plezier, 19, was charged with assault with a weapon, possession of a weapon for a purpose dangerous to the public, possession of marijuana, and possession of the proceeds of crime.
He appears in court October 11. No one was injured.
