A 33-year-old Trenton man was sentenced to 90 jays in jail on weapon and obstructing police charges recently.
Aaron Hills was also sentenced to 12 months probation and was given a 10-year weapons prohibition.
Hills was arrested in September of last year when a Belleville police officer noticed a driver speeding through the parking lot of the Bayview Mall.
Officers noticed a large knife in the vehicle as well as a canister of “bear mace”.
He had provided a false name to police and had previously been prohibited from possessing any weapons.
