Northumberland County will host a Focus Group on August 23, 2018 at 5:30 p.m. to seek input from the public as part of the corporate website redesign process, which began earlier this summer.
The goal of the website redesign project is to update the County’s main website, increasing accessibility, user-friendliness and visual appeal. To begin the redesign process, the County conducted an online survey of residents from July 10 to 30 to obtain feedback and suggestions regarding the current website design, and to gain an understanding of user needs for the new website.
As the next stage of the process, the County will be seeking feedback regarding the organization of information for the new website, focusing on the
design of menus and pages within the site. The objective is to ensure people can find the information they are looking for on the website as quickly and intuitively as possible.
