Post offices, mail delivery, municipal, provincial and federal government offices are closed.
Many banks will be closed, as are most child care centres.
The Belleville Library has their doors locked as well.
Many Beer Stores are closed, however both Belleville locations, the site in Napanee, Picton, and Trenton will remain open.
LCBOs will also be affected so call ahead.
The Quinte Mall is open from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
The Quinte Sports and Wellness Centre will be open and there will be some activities.
Quinte Waste Solutions will have no changes.
