Belleville council will discuss where bicycles, skateboards and other modes of transportation should be allowed at its meeting Monday.
Council will see a proposed by-law from staff regulating e-bikes, in-line skates, skateboards and bicycles.
Much of the focus will be on the downtown as the city has received numerous complaints.
The draft by-law would ban e-bikes, bikes, skateboards, roller skates and in-line skates on any downtown sidewalk.
Also, e-bikes or bicycles would be banned on any sidewalk unless the driver is 14 years of age or over.
