There is a change atop the Quinte Arts Council.
Carol Feeney has left the General Manager position, and has been replaced by Jennifer Hardenne.
Hardenne, a native of Saskatchewan, has been in the Quinte region for 16 years.
She is the co-owner of the Bloomfield shop Kokito
Hardenne says there is a lot of talent in the local art scene.
Hardenne says other than catching up on the position and the agency, she has one main goal.
She adds that she wants to push forward support for local artists.
