There was a break-in at a Quinte West home Wednesday night.
Shortly after 6 p.m., a woman reportedly broke into a Maplecrest Lane home, just off Telephone Road.
The home owner confronted the suspect, who took off in an older blue-coloured vehicle, driven by a man.
The OPP are asking anyone who may have witnessed anything to contact Quinte West detachment, or Crimestoppers.
