Bancroft OPP had to deal with a pair of assault incidents over the past week.
Last Thursday officers were called to Valleyview Drive in Bancroft, where a man suffered non-life threatening injures after being assaulted.
Investigators arrested 30 year-old Justin Ridout
Then, on Sunday evening, police were called to Steenburg Lake South road in Limerick Township, where a woman was assaulted.
She had gone to a neighbours house for help, with officers arresting a 57 year-old man, whose name was not released.
Both men are charged with assault and have court dates on July 17.
