A Trenton woman, originally charged with attempted murder last December, has had the charge lessened to assault causing bodily harm.
Carrie McRobert, 34, was charged after a man was seriously injured on Bay Street in Trenton.
Late last week McRobert was sentenced. She will not do time in prison but was given a nine month conditional sentence, 15 months probation, handed a 10 year weapons prohibition and must provide a DNA sample.
