The Memorial Arena in downtown Belleville will be up for discussion at today’s (Monday’s) Planning Advisory Committee meeting.
The city itself is applying for a rezoning of the Memorial Arena property from Community Facility to a General Commercial zone.
If approved, the rezoning would allow the building and property to be used for a much wider range of activities and businesses.
The city is actively trying to sell the property.
Belleville’s Planning Advisory Committee meets at 5:30 today in council chambers.
