A Kingston man is facing charges following a collision with a group of cyclists on the weekend.
Napanee OPP have charged 51-year-old Robert Saunders with two counts of dangerous operation of a motor vehicle causing bodily harm.
He appeared in court in Napanee this afternoon for a bail hearing.
Two cyclists were injured. One has since been released from the hospital and the other injured cyclist remains in hospital.
Hwy 33 in Bath was closed for eight hours on the weekend.
