The OPP Technical Traffic Collision Investigation Unit has completed their investigation into a fatal collision west of Kingston early Thursday morning.
The incident happened around 5:30 a.m. and involved a sedan travelling west-bound on Taylor-Kidd Boulevard that crossed the centre line and collided head-on with a van traveling east bound.
Officers discovered through their investigation that there were only two individuals involved in the collision and both drivers are dead.
The OPP are notifying the families of the deceased and the names of the victims are not available at this time.
Taylor-Kidd Boulevard has reopened to traffic.
