Preparations are well underway for the summer season at Sandbanks Provincial Park.
Park Superintendent Robin Reilly tells Quinte News this year’s weather has made getting ready for the season much easier, compared to last year’s heavy flooding.
He says there are a couple of new things to look forward to at Sandbanks this summer as well.
Reilly added that all of the available campsites are full for this weekend, so if you’re planning on heading to Sandbanks for the day, give yourself some extra time getting in and out of the park, as it is expected to be busy.
