A Trent Hills man is facing charges, after a police chase northeast of Bobcaygeon last week.
On Friday night around 10:00 pm, Peterborough County OPP had a vehicle stopped, when they spotted a driver making an inproper turn on Crowes Line Road, near County Road 36.
They spotted the driver had no rear facing lights.
When officers attempted to stop the vehicle, the driver kept going into a parking lot, then jumped into Pigeon Lake.
Officers swam out and apprehended the suspect.
51 year old Kenneth Murray of Trent Hills is charged with resisting arrest, dangerous operation, flight from police, driving while disqualified, and impaired.
He is in court next month.
