Fire, Prince Edward County
No cause has been determined in an abandoned house fire in Prince Edward County.
Just after 6 a.m. on Saturday, officers from Prince Edward OPP were dispatched to Fish Lake Road to assist the Prince Edward Fire department at the scene.
The house, located between Norton Road and Robinson Road, was fully engulfed in flames when crews arrived and had been boarded up for some time.
The cause of the fire is deemed suspicious in nature. The Ontario Fire Marshal’s office did not attend and Prince Edward OPP is continuing the investigation.
