A car accident in west end Belleville Thursday morning slowed traffic during the morning commute.
Around 7 a.m., city police, fire and EMS were called to a crash at Dundas Street West and Avondale Road.
A car turning left, forced a second vehicle to slam into a guide wire for traffic lights.
The lights snapped and hit another car.
The driver of the first vehicle was charged.
No one was injured.
