A man is in custody and awaiting a bail hearing today after reports someone exposed himself at various locations in downtown Belleville Monday.
City police arrested 52-year-old Leslie William Saunders of Belleville around 4 o’clock Monday afternoon.
Meanwhile, at around 10 o’clock Monday night, Belleville police responded to a residence in the west end after a woman reported her brother had grabbed her by the throat and thrown her up against a wall.
Police continue to search for a 28-year-old man.
There were no serious injuries.
