Emergency officials were called to the east end of the city around 3:10 this afternoon after a man was hit by a vehicle.
Police, fire and ambulance responded to the intersection of Cannifton Road and Station Street.
It was reported the man was bleeding from his head.
Traffic was delayed in the area around the time of the incident.
