Central Hastings OPP are investigating an incident where a child was bitten by a dog.
Police were called to Stirling earlier this month after being called to an apartment building after it was reported a three-year-old girl was bitten in the face.
The child was taken to hospital and received 48 stitches.
The dog belonged to a visitor to the apartment building.
The investigation is ongoing.
