Another week has gone by and the Belleville Police traffic unit has laid another 17 charges.
Over the last week, 10 tickets were given out for speeding, two each for intersection violations, violated tags and other offences and one for an expired driver’s licence.
Officers also spent time in school zones and will continue to do that until classes get out in June.
This week officers will be focusing on stop signs in new residential areas, speeding and seat belt use in Thurlow Ward.
