A Trenton man seems unable to resist going to a local store when he’s not welcome there.
Quinte West OPP responded to a shoplifting complaint at a local retailer on Saturday.
Video surveillance led them to arrest 39-year-old Shawn Bowen. Bowen was under several
court orders to not be at the store in question.
He faces five charges of failing to comply with a probation order and one count of theft under $5,000.
He appears for a bail hearing Monday.
