An old abandoned farm house went up in flames last night in Prince Edward County.
Around 9:30, firefighters responded to 787 County Road 15 near Northport to find the vacant
house fully engulfed in flames.
No one was injured and the cause is under investigation.
The house was located next to a swamp but firefighters managed to keep a troublesome swamp fire from starting.
