The Sandy Pines Wildlife Centre in Napanee is preparing to rebuild following a barn fire a few months ago.
The Centre is planning to not only rebuild the barn for rescued animals but add a pool for rescued water birds.
Assistant Manager Leah Birmingham says this will be an expanded project.

Birmingham says the Centre is busy all year round.
Sandy Pines hopes to raise $60,000 for items not covered by insurance and the waterbird pool.
Rock 107’s Buzz Collins, with his comedic mentalist show, will headline a fundraising event at the Napanee Lions Hall on April 7.
