The Bay of Quinte region is the big winner, after the announcement of two provincial tournaments coming to the region.
Dug Stevenson with the B of Q Regional Marketing Board says two ultimate frisbee events are coming within the next year.
The university provincials are this September, and the junior provincials are next May.
Stevenson says the two events should generate about a half million dollars for the local economy, in particular the food and hotel industry.
