A Trent Hills man missing has been found safe and sound in Quebec near the New Brunswick border.
Sixty-five-year-old Arthur Robert “Bob” Bisbee was last seen Thursday afternoon at the Canadian Tire Store on Grand Road in Campbellfor.
Northumberland OPP thank the public for it’s help.
