Northumberland OPP have released the name of the Alnwick-Haldimand Township man who lost his life in a snowmobile accident on Saturday.
Police say it was 57-year-old William (Bill) Finlay who was involved in the collision on an unmaintained road between Wilson Drive and The Scots Line.
Officers were called to the scene shortly before 5 a.m.
A post mortem has been scheduled at Toronto General Hospital for February 5, 2018.
The investigation into the cause of the death is ongoing.
