A pickup truck fire slowed down the morning commute Monday near Marysville.
Around 7:30 a.m., emergency crews including Tyendinaga Township Fire were called to the westbound lanes of the 401, near Highway 49.
The pickup was off to the side of the road and caught fire.
Heavy smoke and flames were visible from a ways away.
There were slowdowns in both directions while crews put down the fire.
No injuries have been reported.
No cause has been released.
