A proposal to install a methadone dispensary in the downtown Trenton Shoppers Drug Mart store is dead.
The agent representing the Trenton store owners has formally withdrawn applications for zoning changes to allow the dispensary.
Quinte West’s Planning Advisory Committee previously rejected the zoning changes after hearing significant opposition to the plan from members of the public and the Trenton DBIA.
