The advocacy group OurTMH says they are still waiting for numbers from the Ontario Renal Network, about how many people need a dialysis clinic locally.
Chair Mike Cowan reached out to Quinte News, expressing frustration that the group, and its 20,000 plus members have not received the dialysis report from the ORN office within KGH.
He says the Southeast LHIN and Quinte Health Care has it, but not OurTMH.
Cowan says the report is a year old, but they are being left in the dark.
He says Mayor Harrison has reached out, they have contacted MPP Lou Rinaldi, but nothing.
OurTMH is fighting to get a kidney care centre, as part of the health hub adjacent to Trenton Memorial Hospital.
