A 27-year-old man is facing theft charges after Belleville police responded to a shoplifting report on Millennium Parkway Wednesday afternoon.
One man was arrested and further investigation connected him to a second theft from earlier in the month.
Justin Etches faces theft and breach of probation charges.
He appears in court March 1st.
