There was a lot to talk about in a short period of time at the ROMA Conference in Toronto earlier this week.
Prince Edward County Mayor Robert Quaiff says it was a busy two days but they managed to get their to-do list accomplished.
Not only was he working on County issues, he was also there as part of meetings with the Eastern Ontario Warden’s Caucus.
Quaiff says those meetings were very productive.
He says the governments seemed very receptive to their efforts and complimented the work done by the EOWC.
Quaiff says they were able to ask a number of questions of ministry staff and should get answers back in a couple of days.
