Quinte West’s Planning Advisory Committee recommends council approve Phase 3 of a housing development now under construction in Bayside.
Phase 3 in the Old Highway 2 Subdivision known as Stonecrest Estates would feature 55 houses and some townhouses.
Phase 2 is now under construction.
When complete, Stonecrest Estates will have 176 houses plus townhouse blocks.
