A 17-year-old Belleville boy has been charged with mischief under $5,000 after someone was seen spray painting the rear of a downtown store at 1:30 this morning (Thursday).
A police officer spotted someone tagging a wall and then climbing into a vehicle to leave the scene.
The vehicle was stopped and the suspect was arrested.
He appears in youth court next month.
