Mother nature has dropped us into a cold snowy winter.
Following flurries through the day yesterday, the area is getting set for some bone chilling temperatures.
Staff Meteorologist Kevin Williams says heavy winds will hit us in bursts as well.
Williams says by the time we get to next week, the coldest portion of the winter may be behind us.
