When Brighton Mayor Mark Walas looks back on 2017, he says it was a very busy year and it was filled with accomplishments.
He says one of the big accomplishments will help residents find stable health care locally.
Walas says the issues with the waste water treatment facilities were also discussed frequently over the last 12 months but things are beginning to move forward and conversations with consultants and staff to resolve those issues will continue into the new year.
