The Belleville Senators have added some coaching depth as the season nears the holiday break.
The B-Sens have hired Tony Cimellaro as an assistant coach.
Cimellaro is a former Belleville Bull and Kingston Frontenac and also played professionally within the Ottawa Senators organization, as well as in Europe.
He has most recently coached with the Queen’s University Golden Gaels.
B-Sens General Manager Randy Lee said in a release the team is excited to add Cimellaro to the staff and that he “has a passion for the game and a proven record of developing young players both on and off the ice”.
