A local all terrain vehicle club hopes to ride the roads in Brighton.
Tonight, Dave Sheppard of the Northumberland ATV Riders Club will ask Brighton council to
consider passing a bylaw to allow ATVs to be driven on roads and streets in the community.
Many communities allow all terrain vehicles on their roads, although some won’t allow them in urban areas.
The club maintains allowing ATVs on roads and streets leads to increased economic activity.
Brighton council meets this evening at 6:30 at the King Edward Park Community Centre.
